This week I have 5 brilliant new tracks for you. Whether your into pop ballads or dance breakers, I have you covered.
First up is this brilliant new pop track from Anne-Marie called ‘Alarm’. The song reminds me of a Sia style song but this one definitely stands alone as a great song for summer.
Next up, she is back with a bang. Alicia Keys was last seen popping up playing Skye in hit TV series Empire but she is back with a new single and album this month. ‘In Common’ is a chilled out RnB anthem in the making.
I’ve been championing DNCE for some time now and they have just dropped the new video for their second single ‘Toothbrush’. Ok, so you have seen this in my playlist already but I couldn’t resist throwing the new video into the mix today. This band, fronted by Jonas Brother Joe, is the band of the moment in my eyes.
Meghan Trainor pulled the first release of this music video when she noticed they had photoshopped her waistline. ‘Me Too’ is a catchy pop song, like every other song she has ever released, but could it be as big as ‘All About That Bass’? Good on Meghan for being comfortable to show her real self.
And last up this Monday is Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s new video for ‘This Is What You Came For’. Not unlike their massive hit ‘We Found Love’, the video has just dropped and features a lot of smoke, lasers and sexy Rihanna shots. I approve!
Get these on your playlist for summer now and check back here on Saturday for your full Saturday Playlist featuring all the hottest music of the week.
