Olly Murs has returned with new music this week and apparently ‘doesn’t know love til it tears you apart’.
He has just dropped the new music video for his new single ‘You Don’t Know Love’. Could this be about his recent split with his long term girlfriend? The video follows Murs through L.A from the bedroom to the desert and from the boulevard to the beach, pretty perfect way to get over someone I say!
The monochrome video also features a shirtless Olly which I’m sure all his fans will be pleased about. The singer lost his presenting role on The X Factor after just one series but has said he is happy as he gets to focus on his music now.
Check out the brand new video below:
Forget about Lorde and Sia because I have found the next big thing! A powerful vocalist with an epic new song and great video. NYC electro-pop artist STALKING GIA has unveiled her “dreamily disconsolate” video for her hit single “Second Nature”.
“I’ve been watching this video play in my mind (and in my dreams) for a while now… The video creates a dichotomy between the late-night sleepless reality in Brooklyn and the surreal dream sequence, where I am completely at one with the earth, in the chorus. We can all relate to dreams where we are running from ourselves and searching for the truth… trying to escape our inner fears and doubts.” – said Gia of the new video.
With just over 400k streams on Spotify, “Second Nature” recently reached #1 on the Hype Machine chart and received rave reviews from many of the Hypem blogs. The track was also playlisted on Spotify’s New Music Friday and Weekly Buzz playlists, as well as Spotify’s US Viral 50 chart where it reached #32, and hit #26 on the Global Viral 50 chart.
“Second Nature” is Gia’s first release since her hit “Born Free” came out in 2015, which followed her 2014 debut “War Paint”. So she may have been around a while but this will be her breakthrough hit, mark my words.

Are you a fan of Louisa Johnson, Rita Ora, Zara Larsson or Jess Glynn? Well Sophie Cotterell is a name to add to that list, she has a wicked voice, looks great and teamed with Only Jack Jones, their new single is chart summit worthy for sure.
With over 30 releases including on major labels and with BBC Radio 1 support Only Jack Jones has teamed up with young vocal talent Sophie Cotterell (described as a cross between Eva Cassidy and Beyoncé) to create the massive 2016 summer anthem ‘Champagne Lips’.
‘Champagne Lips is about two people who continue to fall for each other regardless of the fact the relationship is toxic. When they are together they cannot help but be drawn to one another over and over again.’ said Sophie of the new single.
Champagne Lips is taken off Sophie’s debut EP ‘New Dawn’ due for release later this year. See her perform in the UK at the Witcombe Cider Festival 27th and 28th August, Smilefest and many more!
This is a song we will be hearing a lot more of I’m sure and a vocal talent that can rival the big pop vocals of 2016. For now, enjoy their brand new single below.

Here are 5 songs you need to hear this week.
Starting with the song I brought you yesterday for the victims of Orlando. This is ‘Hands’ featuring some of the biggest stars in music including Britney, Pink, Gwen Stefani and Mary J Blige.
Do you remember ‘I Love It’, the hit single from Icona Pop? Well they are back with Louis The Child for a brand new single called ‘Weekend’. It is a catchy dance track guaranteed to be another hit for the Swedish act.
Chilled out duo Andra and Mara bring us this totally chilled back track ‘Sweet Dreams’. This is already climbing the UK singles charts and looks set to make a big impact in the coming weeks.
BooHoo.com knew what they were doing when they implanted this song into their TV advert. Dua Lipa’s ‘Hotter Than Hell’ is now well and truly planted into all our heads and is one of the most catchy tracks this year.
Following on from their remake of ‘Fast Car’ which hit the Top 5 earlier this year, Jonas Blue is back with original track ‘Perfect Strangers’. This is a definite summer tune and will be on my playlist for the duration.
New music every week along with news, playlists and more with me @Kenneth_Giles
I was just sent this track to feature and if you love urban rap music, you will love this. The minute I heard Theholyc I heard vibes of Cher Lloyd and I can see why she is tipped for stardom.
Currently #17 in the Urban Music Charts, Theholyc was named New York’s hottest underground rapper and style icon by Vogue. Ranked #3 out of the top 50 emerging artists in 2011 by Time Out, Shake Shake has been played on BBC R1 & Capital Xtra.
Shake Shake is the first single from multinational, multitalented producer/rapper/DJ Theholyc. The track is inspired by the artist’s fascination with Harlem, where she has long had a connection with.
‘Shake Shake is about the culture of art and dance of Harlem, its history and the artists who deserve recognition from deriving from there…It’s the story of Harlem.’
Cheryl ‘Theholyc’ Vickers is Scottish born and now lives in London, check out the song below and enjoy the cat cover art while you’re there.

I absolutely love a collaboration especially when it is two quality new acts coming together from different parts of the world to create something I actually want to listen to more than once.
Picture this, a Swedish producer with a Portuguese vocalist creating a summer anthem which can be played in every club around the world. I am not talking about a David Guetta or Avicii collab for once, this is EsQuille feat Bruno Alexander with ‘Dancing On The Sun’.
The song itself brings a summer feel with instantly catchy lyrics and a production even the biggest names in music find hard to get right. This is a definite club smash around the Spanish islands and holiday resorts this summer. I have already added it to my summer playlist and I am pretty sure you will to after your first listen.
Unlike many new artists nowadays, these guys were not afraid to be daring and to try and create something quite modern, on trend and close to what we hear in the charts every week. EsQuille and Bruno hit the nail on the head and got the production value, sound and flair of the song just right.
Enough of me banging on about it now, have a listen and enjoy ‘Dancing On The Sun’.

Britain’s Got Talent finalist Gabz is back and ready to head up the charts.
Stevenage born singer/songwriter, multi instrumentalist and rapper Gabz started to play the violin at the age of six, which was followed by the piano, guitar, drums and ukulele. Fast forward a few years later and the talented artist became a finalist of Britain’s Got Talent 2013!
Gabz has gone from strength to strength since being on the show with her innovative fusion of urban ‘hip-pop’ and has been likened to a ‘mini Alicia Keys.’
Her first single ‘Lighters (The One)’ (self written at age 13!), reached No 6 in the official UK charts, a spot on the Now 85 album and now has over 3 million hits on YouTube.
Alongside this, also embarking on many appearances including: Radio One, ITV Day Break, The One Show and This Morning.
She also has a strong passion for helping others and to be a good role model for the youth of today. Gabz has been actively involved in helping to raise funds through performances and visits for UK charities including Jackie’s Drop In and Wings Of Hope.

Fresh on this Sunday I bring you the new video from Alan Walker. The ‘Faded’ DJ/producer is releasing ‘Sing Me To Sleep’ later this month and it features the same vocalist as his previous hit single.
‘Faded’ became a worldwide hit earlier this year and is still on every nightclub playlist in the world (I think). Can this new song match that?
I think so, ‘Sing Me To Sleep’ is very similar to his No.1 hit but is no less chart worthy. I am predicting another chart smash for Walker this summer.
Many people sing the lyrics but they are not asking the important question, who is the singer? Iselin Solheim is a 26 year old Norwegian singer/songwriter and features on a number of the DJ’s records. She has released music as a solo artist with not a lot of impact this side of Europe but she is hitting the jackpot with Alan Walker (or so it seems). Her Wikipedia page states that she is ONLY named as the feature artist in the description box on Walker’s video’s, is there some bitterness there?
I personally think she should be noted as the vocalist similar to when David Guetta or Calvin Harris do collaborations with Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Zara Larsson etc. Iselin is no different in my opinion.
Anyway, let’s just enjoy the track, here is ‘Sing Me To Sleep’:
